Hello there! I'm a photographer based in the vibrant city of Ferndale, Michigan. My love for photography ignited in the early 2000s, a time when film was developed in dark rooms rather than digital programs like Lightroom. My journey began in high school and continued into college, culminating in over 24 years of experience as a passionate photography hobbyist. Throughout my career, I have worked with small businesses, ranging from two-person startups to large organizations housing hundreds of employees. This experience has endowed me with a profound understanding of small business branding and the significance of professional portraits that encapsulate a company's values and mission.

What fuels my passion is the ability to craft emotions through my photographs. A great photograph is more than just a captured moment - it narrates a story, leaves a lasting impression, and evokes a myriad of emotions. Be it a corporate headshot exuding professionalism or an event photo brimming with joy, my aim is to draw out the emotions my clients want their audience to feel. I take the time to understand what each client envisions for their photographs, then marry my technical skills and artistic eye to bring that vision to life.

Photography may be my first love, but outside of it, I have a variety of interests too. I am an avid angler, with a particular fondness for fly fishing. My other passions include solar energy, mountain biking, and outdoor activities. As an Eagle Scout, I've always had a penchant for adventure and the great outdoors. I also enjoy playing ping pong and socializing, believing it's crucial to maintain a balanced life.
