Hello there! Welcome to my photography journey. My name is not as important as the stories I capture through my lens, but for formality's sake, let's just say I'm your friendly neighborhood photographer from Ferndale, Michigan.

Ferndale is a city full of life, bordered by the infamous 8-mile and the bustling Detroit. It's a city in transition - growing, evolving, and buzzing with energy, much like my own journey with photography. The vibrant nightlife, the proximity to most things in the Tri-County Metro Detroit area, and the cultural fabric of the city provide me with an endless source of inspiration.

I've been passionate about photography for many years, but the birth of my daughter amidst the global pandemic was a game-changer. It was a reminder of the beautiful moments in life that need to be captured, cherished, and remembered. This, coupled with the advancement in mirrorless technology as compared to DSLRs, rekindled my interest in the technological aspect of photography. The combination of the emotional and technical aspects of this art form is what truly sets it apart.

When I'm not capturing moments through my lens, I'm creating them with my family. My wife, my daughter, and I are adventurers at heart. We love to explore the outdoors, travel across the country and soak in the world's beauty. The joy of preserving these memories in photographs is a deeply satisfying experience. It's probably why our phones, especially the modern iPhones, have essentially become cameras that also make phone calls.
